Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable in case of:
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items delivered
• Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).

Non-Refundable Cases

• Customized or bulk orders are non-refundable.
• Minor variations in design/finish (as handmade products) are not considered defects.

Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
